Returns & Exchanges

AMIRI offers a refined return process for items purchased online, allowing for returns or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date provided the items are in their original, unworn condition with all security tags attached. Please note that certain exclusive collections and personalized items are considered final sale and are not eligible for reimbursement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the AMIRI security tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid DHL or FedEx shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier at an authorized drop-off location and retain your receipt to track the shipment back to our Los Angeles warehouse.
